Новая версия TC UP наконец-то получила долгожданную пользователями возможность, возможность замены ассоциаций системных папок с приложениями ОС - запукать TC UP теперь стало проще, например, это можно сделать двойным кликом по иконке "Мой компьютер". Русский язык присутствует.
